神の雫ワインレビュー (“the Site”) publishes reviews and information about wines that appear in the manga Drops of God (Les Gouttes de Dieu) in Japanese, English, and French.

Data we may process includes server or CDN logs (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamps), and any email and message you send us.

We use this information only to operate the Site, keep it secure, answer enquiries, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. California residents may request disclosure or deletion. Email us at the address above.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted.

Essential: the interface language is chosen by URL (Japanese at the site root, English at /en/, French at /fr/). We do not store language in cookies or localStorage.

Analytics: we may use Google Analytics or similar tools, which can collect page views, device/browser data, and approximate location via cookies.

Affiliate tracking: Rakuten Affiliate and similar programs may use cookies or redirects to attribute clicks and purchases.

For EEA/UK visitors, we intend to request consent before non-essential cookies if those technologies are enabled. While analytics or affiliate tags are not installed, we do not use tracking cookies beyond language preference.

Manga quotations and scene summaries are for commentary. Rights in the work and in wine brands belong to their owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Site or third-party sites.

Do not commercially republish our text, images, or layout without permission. Personal reading and fair quotation with attribution are allowed where the law permits.

Automated scraping that overloads the service, impersonation, and unlawful use are prohibited.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts at the operator’s location have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
